We sell what we'd wear ourselves.
Then we move on.
Started in a spare room.
Stayed honest.
Laced Up Sydney began with a handful of Air Max Plus and a question: what if you only sold the stuff you actually wanted to keep?
We weren't trying to build the biggest shop in the city. We wanted the most considered one — small drops, real provenance, no resale theatre. A few years in, that's still the bar.
Every pair gets eyes-on before it ships. Every cut of Laced Up apparel is fit-tested off the rack we'd wear. If we wouldn't put it on, it doesn't go on the site.
Shop the rotation
The rotation isn't a gimmick.
It's the whole point.
Drops aren't scarcity for scarcity's sake. They're how we keep the shelf interesting — for us and for you.
Every few weeks we close one drop and open another. New silhouettes, new colourways, fresh Laced Up apparel. The pairs that don't sell roll into the archive sale; the ones that do are gone — we don't chase restocks, we chase the next thing.
It's slower than the resale economy and faster than a traditional store. It's the speed we want to live at.
