Shipping & Returns.
All prices are in AUD. Shipping within Australia; international available on request.
Standard shipping.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Freshwater, Sydney. Standard delivery across Australia takes 3–7 business days via Australia Post with tracking.
Free shipping on orders over $200. Under that, a flat $12 applies.
Express delivery.
Express Post available at checkout for $18. Order before 12pm AEST for same-day dispatch. Metro delivery typically next business day.
Pickup in Freshwater.
Local pickup is free. Select the pickup option at checkout — we'll email you the exact address and available time slots. Pickups run Saturday 10am–4pm and by appointment Mon–Fri.
Returns & exchanges.
Because every pair is pre-owned, sales are considered final — but we don't want anyone stuck with something that doesn't fit.
If your pair arrives and something is off (size, condition materially different from the listing, damage in transit), email hello@lacedupsydney.com within 7 days of receiving it. We'll sort a return, exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Clothing (Laced Up house label) is returnable within 14 days, unworn with tags, for a full refund minus return postage.
Authenticity guaranteed.
Every pair is checked in-house against retail samples and authentication markers before it goes on the site. If anything is ever found to be inauthentic after purchase, we'll refund you in full, no questions.
